#17: Green, Orange, Yellow, Brown

This was my first attempt at grattage - scraping the paint away to create an interesting new layer, reveal undercoats, and create a certain effect. Here I had an initial coat of brown that I painted a series of chevrons in green and orange and yellow... then I used a paper towel to blot away the top third of the painting.
