#27: Purple, purple, blue, white

I used a palette knife extensively on this one, both to get the scraped-out background and the thick "bites" of paint. It's hard to tell in the picture, but there is a lot of texture here, and some of the paint jumps off the canvas. The effect is fairly dramatic.
