#33: Yellow, yellow, white, green

I found this unusual canvas - 4x12" - and painted a cross hatch pattern of mustard yellow and white slices over a light layer of forest green. Interestingly, when it dried the green came strongly the fore, and the yellow receded a bit. The effect, which I'll post at a future date, is even more subtle and nuanced than this.
