#73: Blue, Green, Violet, White

I felt the original of this was much too dark - it dried to almost black - so I added violet and white and sponged everything together to get a consistent texture. This is the result. I feel the photo did it an injustice - the actual painting is much more balanced and interesting.

A little more sponging, a little more pink. Worked very well - less harsh, more interesting, in person there is a nice three-dimensionality that doesn't come out here.
